Implemented in this PR is the v1 majority of the Game Logic.
Models and their implementations implemented: GameId -> Track the game id for each mancala game MancalaGame -> Store the state of each game GamePlayer -> For each manacala game there are two GamePlayers and the state is being tracked here Player -> For leaderboard purposes. Needs more implementation
