fix(dojo-integration): passes config `toriiUrl and rpcUrl` to dojoConfig

setup.ts requires dojoConfig which contained just the manifest. Passed the other data

NB: still white screen on firefox but with no error

todo: can we create an errorBoundary for the main.tsx, the whitescreen was due to an uncaught exception
