Build Plugin name was out of date in README #5542

README stated that the Build Plugin name was SwiftLintBuildToolPlugin but it is actually SwiftLintPlugin - must have been renamed at some point, and docs weren't updated.

SwiftLintBuildToolPlugin is actually the new name on main. In released versions, it's still SwiftLintPlugin though.

There are still appearances of SwiftLintPlugin in CHANGELOG.md and README_CN.md in case you'd like to update them instead. 😉

Ah! I see... You'll need to update the screenshot as well. Sorry, I can't be bothered to do that!
