Support nextToken on methods which may use it #1

Some methods support nextToken to retrieve large amounts of data in multiple calls. While currently unlikely to be an issue should be implemented eventually. Currently used methods which can use nextToken are:

listArtifacts
listDevicePools
listRuns
listUploads
