Display inline body source code for declarations #198

I'm thinking of having SourceKitten generate a line range which we can use to link to GitHub, and which we can read from jazzy if the file paths are present.

Something like Ruby's docs "toggle source" would be great here:

The "Show on GitHub" feature #208 helped provide something like this, but this specific feature itself was never built.
