I tried rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/io.realm.realmbrowser
but the connection dialog still was auto-filled and the crash still happened. Creating a new admin user and logging in does work though.
@DanielAsher try to remove the directory at ~/Library/Containers/io.realm.realmbrowser
and restart the Browser.
@stel I can confirm that this works!
many thanks and kind regards, Daniel
Thanks for letting us know, @DanielAsher! I'm closing this issue because we track it in https://github.com/realm/realm-object-store/issues/296.
I associated an Elastic IP with my ROS instance (EC2). The realm dashboard updated immediately but I have a consistent crash when attempting to connect with Realm Browser.
The crash appears in NSOperationQueue thread libdispatch.dylib _dispatch_client_callout
I tried un/reinstalling the app, but this doesn't seem to remove past data/metadata. Is there a way to do this?
thanks,
Daniel
