Updates core to v12.3.0

Hi @clementetb , I'm really interested in this PR since I was following this issue #5614 on iOS. This works great after upgrading the latest realm-swift. May I ask if this would fix and improve syncing time for android as well?

Hi @tuandinh0801, it will be available in the next release. We haven't written any specific benchmarks to measure the improvement, but I expect to be something along the lines of ios.
