Make the example apps more friendly towards Realm Cloud - ask for server URL #444

Now that we've released Realm Cloud the easiest way for a developer to get started is not by running ROS locally but instead spinning up a cloud instance. We should adapt the example apps to ask for the URL of the server when started initially.
