Real Python Part 2 page 37 typo. #58

under "Create a Local Repo" is says "2. Next add a add a file.....". I suspect the "add a" duplicate was a mistake.

Yes that is true, just create a README.md file in your repository, well they will explain everything, enjoy the course it is great.
