2D offset poblume #1080

2d offset does not work properly or this feature is not present in freecad.
The result on the tangent option should be something like this.

As you can see in the video it works as an arc.

2d offset also wants to work on intersection lines.

It does not work on intersection lines.

Do you agree with me regarding the tangent option? At least the tangent option should work properly. It will be very useful.
