Warning about email links #14

When using markdown links, the glossary plugin is raising warnings about email links.

<example@example.com> - email us here
WARNING -  page '' refers to undefined glossary entry _:mailto:example@example.com

Fixed in v1.6.6.

This release didn't make the warning go away. It is still showing up when I build the docs.

@nfelt14 : Can you provide an example of your mailto-link. It seems to work for me with markdown links. Maybe I am doing something wrong..

can you give the v1.6.7 release a try? At least on my side the message now disappears.

Seems that mailto links are getting html encoded completely. Hence they passed through the filter.

Please report back if you have any issues with that fix. Thanks!
