@realtimeradio I still see failure modes even after this commit
The commit won't help with failure rate, but might help with recoverability without power cycling. Is this not the case? If so, if you want to put aside the problematic SNAP at some point I'll poke around.

SNAP1 MMCM link training fails -- can be recovered with a power cycle, but not with reprogramming the FPGA. Problem on the ADC side?
