It appears there is a problem with the nested comment in "#| block delimiters #| which can be nested #|" which should be "#| block delimiters #| which can be nested |#".

Again, loading the file as an s-expression drops the comments.

Blech. Fixed. Once we get the new toolchain working on all the chapters, this won't be a problem anymore.
