ODT is distributed as a set of plugins for the Eclipse IDE environment from the homepage. You just have to copy these plugins into your Eclipse distribution in order to access the new OCaml facilities.
That's a good link. We'll point to that instead.
Isn't it more convinient (also for semi automatic plugin updates in Eclipse) to install it within Eclipse via "Help > Install New Software" as mentioned also there: http://ocamldt.free.fr/spip.php?article5 ?
