docs: ReanaBackend-class lack documentation #11

ReanaBackend -class isn't documented / lacks docstrings.

KubernetesBackend has more or less complete documentation for all of the methods / variables, but language/terminology used in them is sometimes too K8S specific to be used directly in ReanaBackend.
