utils: avoid get_workflow collissions with shared workflows #217

E.g. for reana-client diff and logs, get_workflow_by… needs to be updated to account for duplicate names because shared workflows can have identical names. This appears to be a problem only when the run number of a workflow is specified and there is an identically named shared workflow, e.g. workflow.1.
