I'm starting to edit the README

Hi @tiborsimko I added some more explanation to the README. If you have it handy, it would be nice to add the prefit plot as well.

Yeah, I have the pre-fit plot ready, please just add the corresponding text and I'll plug the image later.

Thanks @tiborsimko for the comments. I indicated the path where the prefit plot should be, perhaps you can add that fter merging this PR
