The 1st item of your screenshot looks completely broken to me.

Perhaps I'm too much used to seeing the stand-out green lights on GitHub boards :smile:

Note the PR card that has similar "broken" aspect, but here it's delimited by a clear line indeed.

Have you tried some other alignment, such as the following?

(...one could even rethink the repositioning the two "finished" word instances, e.g. put the time info on the right and put the step info on the left, but that might go too much outside of the scope of this (simple) alignment considerations...)
