After https://github.com/reanahub/reana-commons/pull/33 and https://github.com/reanahub/reana-job-controller/pull/79 prettified_cmd and job_name should be added. Currently serial spec doesn't include a name for workflow steps, so job_name is going to be the same as prettified_cmd.
