Support global `kerberos` option #231

In https://github.com/reanahub/reana-workflow-engine-snakemake/issues/44, the global kerberos option was introduced in reana.yaml to let users enable Kerberos for the whole workflow, including the workflow engine.

We should:

Propagate this option to each workflow job
Add missing Kerberos dependencies to the docker image of the workflow engine

This should be done similarly to https://github.com/reanahub/reana-workflow-engine-snakemake/pull/45
