Bug : Insert silence

The following action introduces a bug if we want to add a silence (a blank measure) in a project and if we have some tempo changes before the insertion point. _S&M_INSERT_SILENCE_MB

To do the test, I suggest you to follow this process :

• Create a short midi item and Quantize strongly all data (for example with a time duration of 4 measures)
• unselect "loop" in the "item parameters"
• introduce a tempo change before the insertion point you want to do...
• put the cursor at the middle of the item and proceed the susnamed action
• In the new item created at the right of the new "silence" you will see that all the notes are delayed... now not quantized... And the reason seems that this new item is a "looped" one ... I think if you cancel this automatic looping choice, the bug will be fixed... (I hope so !) . It is a boring bug because we generally decide to introduce blank measures (uncorrectly named silence in this action) after ralentendo in a project... and ther is no reason to "loop" the new items if the original one was not looped...

Thanks for the report and steps to reproduce. For now, Julian Sader has made a script called "js_Time selection - Insert empty beats at time selection (moving later items).lua" (can be found on ReaPack) which can be used as a workaround/replacement I think.
