Proposal: Distribute SWS via ReaPack #1548

It lends to a really simple installation story (specially for beginners):

  1. Install REAPER.
  2. Install ReaPack.
  3. Get everything else (including SWS) via ReaPack.

Basically, this cuts short one step (Install SWS).

I already have something going here: https://github.com/leafac/reaper/blob/master/ThirdParty/SWS/index.xml

I’d be happy to contribute this to SWS proper and continuing maintaining it.

Are you interested? May I send a pull request?
