Update website with stable build #1884

According to this release:

The 2.13.2 has been branded as stable, yet the sws website still displays the 2.12.1 as stable, despite being 3 years old.|

Should this be updated?

Yes, it should. v2.12 is obsolete. Still waiting on @swstim to take care of that. At this rate it's looking like 2.14 will become stable before the website is updated...

(2.14 adds support for REAPER v7)

What if the SWS website is hosted at reapack.com? That's likely requires permission from @swstim but if he's asked for and grants it, this will be the last time the website update is delayed.
