v4.0a20 -- Program won't load with extra docker-docked windows #222

What steps will reproduce the problem? Add either Notes or Media Pool (can't tell) to secondary docker. Close and reopen REAPER. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expect it to work when opening the program. Instead it hangs indefinitely.

What version of SWS extension are you using? (Extensions -> About SWS...) 1.8.6#6 What Reaper version #? 4.0a20

Hey Mike!

Huh, I can't reproduce this here. Anything else important? Does it matter if you load reaper with or without a project? What's your exact docker config? (Screenshot would help.) I've tried with just notes docked on the left, right, with and without a bottom docker with the mixer.

Try a floating extra docker... my "notes" was with "item properties" and my main docker is the one with "undo history".

The bug happens no matter what /other/ extensions are installed.

With or without a project, it happens.

humm.. this was OK here (on Win) even before the fix and it seems it still crashes (see http://forum.cockos.com/showpost.php?p=652072&postcount=9 ) => I quickly tried and I didn't manage to reproduce this bug and neither the one described in the link above => I suspect something on OSX only: "may be the '/' char is the prob now (if I'm right the "Auto color/icon" beta view should crash too)

I was able to repro on Win but it took a lot of playing around before I got the crash. (In other words its very hard to reproduce, so it's possible the fix is a not fix.)

I will fix this the "right way" later today.
