Paste at transients #270

Probably (?) make the pasted item always be in the track immediately below the selected item.

A workaround for now: create a new MIDI clip of the length of the other item, and dynamic split it, and then in the media explorer replace the resulting clips with the desired sample (right-click the file and set as source for selected items).
