Would it be possible to add a few additional tokens to the 'Auto-rename selected takes'?
I've been using 'Auto-rename selected takes' to add midi items to the project bay (so that when I ctrl+alt drag them to the explorer in mass the export correctly (items with same name overwrite each other))
The [inctimeorder] is very handy for instancing, but it doesn't say much about where the item originated. I think regions are a more useful way to describe location than raw time.
[nearestRegion] : could insert the region description text -- this could have a adjustable character limit so the user could set it at 35 characters
[intersectMarker] : if a marker occurs during an event insert the marker text as above, if not return nothing.
[itemColor] : insert the # of the sws custom color of the item
Those are the main ones. It would be really awesome to see analysis of midi and audio data from the item available as tokens... density:midi notes per seconds, audio rms, dynamic range of midi velocities; there are tons. These are all much more involved though.
