When running as a docker container, there is no feedback on the screen for about 60 seconds or so the first time it starts. It just says "Attaching to docker container". I actually assumed it wasn't working and deleted it before coming back to it later and trying it again.
I assume it must have been doing some kind of first time setup process that was doing something -- it would be useful to output what is happening so other people don't make the same mistake as I do and think that the application is broken.
