Recipes do not update on page change #331

Describe the bug Introduced in the Bananacat commit.

  1. Notice the recipes on page 1
  2. Click page 2
  3. Recipes are the same as page 1
  4. Repeat for subsequent pages
  5. All the same

Expected behavior Recipes update like before.

Also update Bananacat in title bar to 64x64 for a higher resolution on mobile.

Also fix footer when few pages on mobile.
