Possibility to add headers to the ingredients and instructions section #347

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Many recipes have divided the ingredients into different sections for different components of the recipe, e.g. in the below example Batter and Buffalo Sauce.

Describe the solution you'd like I understand if the headers cannot be scraped automatically, but that would of course be option 1.

A simple workaround would be to be able to add custom headers manually when editing/creating a recipe. Using the existing move up/down feature for ingredients, each ingredient could then be moved under each header, which then makes it easy to correct a fetched recipe manually, e.g. the one mentioned in the description above,

The headers are of course also needed in the instructions section so you can connect the instructions to the ingredients list quickly.

I just noticed issue #254 which is a duplicate of this one. This issue (#347) contains a bit more detailed description so I leave this open let you @reaper47 decide on how to close/merge these two issues.
