Tandoor import no images and can't add them #428

When migrating from tandoor all the text came over but not the images

I can't upload them anymore either as it thinks one is attached.

Offtopic: @reaper47 do you want any help with features? I can look at doing some PRs if you are looking for active contributors.

@Kyon147 That would be very helpful! For example, I am blocked on this PR (https://github.com/reaper47/recipya/pull/425) because I cannot figure out why the web app is not loading any of the static assets. You may also work on any unassigned task that is part of the v1.3 milestone and seems interesting to you.
