Update info on SDM120 #9

I have sdm120 and it supports all registers of sdm220 - no need to define SDM 120 registers. SDM120 works at 2400b by default.

additional definitions for different devices (partly the same) do not increase binary size but increase the legibility of the program, so, for me should be preserved.
