Hi @GoYuno please can you let me know which customer you are working on behalf of. We'd need to get this logged with our desktop team as there's nowhere in our CRM to do this right now. To ensure I understand you correctly, you are effectively wanting to add a second licence type to a property so that you can mark a property as needing an additional license (on top of the one that's already selected). Is that correct?
As this issue relates to AgencyCloud, we are unable to process this through the Platform in accordance with our Developer Processes. Issues relating to AgencyCloud should not be submitted via the Foundations GitHub repo but should be raised via the Reapit Service Desk by a Reapit Customer. Please ask a Reapit Customer to raise this issue via the Reapit Service Desk. For more information on our processes, please click here

HI @GoYuno thanks - which customer are you working on behalf of please so I can attach that info the request.
Savills but will be a feature for all our clients please
Thanks - I've logged this internally with reference PBI-5241. If you can provide any additional information that might help our product team triage the request (who at Savills you're talking to, if there's a real world example where this has happened and in what area) this would be great. Please email any sensitive information to sinfo@reapitfoundations.zendesk.com with Ref 10115 in the subject line.
Hi Peter,
I have email sensitive info as per your request.
Problem
You have 100 selective licences.
An additional scheme comes in.
50 out of 100 of them need additional licences.
Currently the Reapit system is set to Licence required 'Yes' and Licence held Type 'Selective'.
So there is no way to flag or report on the fact the 50 of them required additional licensing, meaning huge risk for the client.
Solution Have a Licence Type required field to compare against.
Best Paul

We requesting 'Licence Type Required' as a new data point, currently the data point you reference is 'Licence Type Held'.
If there is both the client can report on discrepancies between what they hold and what they now need.
Example
Property 123 Compliance Road, London. Has a selective licence - there is a tick in licenseRequired and the licenseType is Selective A new additional licence scheme comes in the area - there is a tick in licenseRequired but as the selective licence is in place then to the client everything is fine but it is as a it needs an additional licence.
