Tenancy rent and alterations rent value get rounded

Describe the bug Tenancies alterations rent value get rounded up and different from Agency Cloud.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour eg:

1. Go to https://platform.reapit.cloud/tenancies/{id} / https://platform.reapit.cloud/tenancies/{id}/extensions
2. Go to Agency Cloud -> Lettings -> Rent : value is not rounded
3. Or click Financial & Renewal tab
4. Click on one of the Alterations in the Renewals/Alterations/Fees section if any
5. The rent fee is not rounded

Expected behaviour The API should send the original value (no rounding)

• Check the behaviour for both read and write operations where tenancy rent is exposed (TenancyModel, TenancyExtensionAlterationModel). These values should only ever be rounded as far as 2dp.
