Offer_Id issue in PROPERTY_SALES_FALLTHROUGHS #10173

Hi Team,

We've observed that the same offer_Id is updating for all the offers that fall through/are withdrawn for a property. This seems to be causing an issue. Could you please investigate and fix this as soon as possible?

Specification

Project: Analytics Schema
Review logic in DBT staging model that joins the applicant and property records to their relevant journal entries and offers. It's likely this is where something is getting tripped up (selecting the first entry rather than the correct one)

Hi @SairamKDXFT please can you provide some more information about the problem you experience? From the screenshots you've provided, the data does look accurate as the offer that appears as per your second screenshot did fall through twice (it went from Pending -> Accepted -> Pending (fall through 1) -> Accepted -> Withdrawn (fall through 2). It would be helpful if you can provide as much detail as possible to help us understand your issue fully.
