It would be very useful if there was a view available to access detail changes involving lettings property commission changes in the Analytics Schema.
We have access to sales price changes and lettings rent changes, so a view similar to these would be ideal. In the lettings world it is common for a property card to span several years and multiple tenancy terms; being able to report on these changes would have a very positive impact on the ability of a lettings business to track growth (and also identify opportunities for commission review).
I'd suggest the following columns would be appropriate (most are copied from PROPERTY_LETTINGS_RENT_CHANGES):
ID CHANGED_DATE LETTING_FEE_CHANGED_FROM new LETTING_FEE_CHANGED_TO new MANAGEMENT_FEE_CHANGED_FROM new MANAGEMENT_FEE_CHANGED_TO new NEGOTIATOR_ID PROPERTY_ID CUSTOMER_ID
See example below where there was a rent change and commission change recorded on the same day:
