FEE_PERCENTAGE missing for Rent Collection service #10604

Background context

The FEE_PERCENTAGE field in the PROPERTIES and TENANCIES views show as 0 when the LETTINGS_SERVICE is set to Rent Collection, despite a value being set in the Fee % field: image

See the example below where the fee has been set at 8%, which also appears within the tenancy table, however the data within the tenancies table in Data Warehouse shows a 0. Where LETTINGS_SERVICE is set as Managed tenancy, the data pulls through correctly.

Please can the FEE_PERCENTAGE field be amended in the PROPERTIES and TENANCIES views so it pulls through the correct figure when the LETTINGS_SERVICE is set to rent collection?

I'd like to mark this as high priority as we currently have no visibility of our rent collection fees within our reporting.

I think it needs to be the MANAGEMENT_FEE_PERCENTAGE field rather than the FEE_PERCENTAGE that should be updated.
