Office Brand name for CW-NWE

We got this code snippet from an CW-NWE person: <%Configuration.GetValueFromTree("O", Property.Office.Code, "uTmpName", "")%> and are trying to figure out from where do we get it from Foundations API?

We were told that this will include the office brand name. Does anyone from Reapit know what this snippet is about? I tried looking under https://platform.reapit.cloud/offices/ but it has office name. Nothing that says office brand. So if something like that does exist, can anyone tell us where do we get it from? If it doesn't, we would need that value exposed to the foundations api.

Hi @au63 Please could you advise which screen in the Reapit CRM you are referring to? ClientID's will be 3 digits long with an addtional hyphen 4 digits if they are segmenting their data via OfficeGroups - see docs here

The 3 digit client id is NWE. CW stands for Countrywide which is their name.

Unfortunately we did get any screenshot from the client. This snippet is all that we have: <%Configuration.GetValueFromTree("O", Property.Office.Code, "uTmpName", "")%> But ofcourse if you tell us that you have no clue on what that above means, only then we can approach Countrywide with this ticket as a reference to give us more details on what that above code snippet means.

Hi @au63 there is no way to obtain this information via the API as it's a completely custom option for this database. I can provide the existing values if that would be helpful.

An alternative would be to ask the client to consider using the Office Region functionality which they can control and set inside the CRM themselves. This information is already exposed and available at GET /offices and GET /offices/{id}. PL to log internal engineering ticket to consider adding explicit brand field
