BYM - Fetching Appointment Date Within Referral

Specification

• Project: Reapit.Services.Referrals
• The only way we can do this is by adding support for the extrasField mechanism to this API. EFS referrals for this customer are managed by an external web service, however the data from the websevice is stored against the referral in a semi structured format. Adding support for this mechanism would allow the API to be more flexible for other custom referral integrations
• If we do decide to add this, this PR can be used as a reference

We are looking for something in the referral payload that either links the referral to an appointment object, or just the datetime for the appointment relating to referral on the referral payload.

Hi @BYM-Henry this referral type for YOM is completely custom and interacts with an external web service. We might be able to surface this by adding extrasField support to this API however, as it does get written back to the CRM database. We'll refine this in our session today
