Opayo - Payment Request Expiry #10948

When an Opayo payment request is sent from Agency Cloud, the default expiry is 1 week but there is the option to extend it up to 1 month. We have attempted to change this config on the Reapit Payment App for the default to remain at 1 week without the option to extend however it appears we do not have access to do so. The only things we can set are Company Name and Logo.

There is also no option to set the config on AC.

Please advise how/where this can be set up. Thank you.

Hi @AshDeeming, the example I have is the same as yours: image This is what we DO NOT want users to have. We do not want them having the ability to extend the expiry date which they currently do.

Thanks @NicolePerezSavills Just to confirm your request is for the max expiry date to be configurable - to 1 week max?
