Hi,

Fixflo are building an integration to sync PPM data from Reapit into Fixflo. We're testing this at the moment and have a couple of questions.

[ { "id": "AI", "value": "Appliance Insurance", "statuses": null }, { "id": "BI", "value": "Buildings Insurance", "statuses": null }, { "id": "CD", "value": "CO Detectors", "statuses": null }, { "id": "CI", "value": "Contents Insurance", "statuses": null }, { "id": "ES", "value": "Electrical Safety", "statuses": null }, { "id": "EP", "value": "Emergency Plumbing", "statuses": null }, { "id": "GS", "value": "Gas Safety", "statuses": null }, { "id": "HL", "value": "Head Lease", "statuses": null }, { "id": "LW", "value": "Labour only Warranty", "statuses": null }, { "id": "LE", "value": "Legionella", "statuses": null }, { "id": "MW", "value": "Manufacturers Warranty", "statuses": null }, { "id": "PT", "value": "PAT Test", "statuses": null }, { "id": "SD", "value": "Smoke Alarms", "statuses": null }, { "id": "FS", "value": "Soft Furnishings Safety", "statuses": null }, { "id": "SA", "value": "System + Appliance Insurance", "statuses": null }, { "id": "SI", "value": "System Insurance", "statuses": null } ]

^ This is what we get when we call the config/safetycertificates endpoint in our test system. The client id for this is: -redacted-. EPC should have a code of EC but is not on this list.

Hi @amyfixflo I'm not too familiar with PPM but sounds like it would form part of the Reapit CRM Block Management

The 'safetycertificates' mentioned may vary per client - these are setup via system Config & would require a client to log a request via Reapit Service Desk to amend.

Please note that EPC is stored within the Properties payload.

EICR's can be added via Sandbox - Please see the below screenshots of steps; image

Hi Ash,

So, if we create an Electrical Safety certificate type, as per your screenshot, where do we specify that it's an EICR? Is this in the certificate ref box?

I don't think PPM is specific to Reapit Block clients, it just refers to planned maintenance - which also applies to Lettings, for things like EICRs, EPCs and Gas Safety Certificates. We don't want clients necessarily to amend their safety certificates, but we need to know which 2 letter code they are using for each type, in order to map it to our system. For example, a client may have set up Gas Safety Certificate to have a type id of 'GS' so we need to know that in order to map GS to Gas Safety in Fixflo. Does that help, or do you need more info from me to answer this question? Happy to jump on a call and bring one of our developers if that's easier - just let me know.

Thanks, Amy Skinner

Hi @amyfixflo Apologies for the delay

THe Electrical Safety certificate type is how its defined as a EICR document

With regards to the types, although these may be generic, client have have had these setup slightly differently, therefore its best to use the configuration endpoint(s) to check these per client
