Expand Notifications functionality

Following the introduction of the Notifications endpoint in the API. We would like to review if this can be extended further to support new appointment creation from Reapit Bookings (which already creates these using the API) so users are notified in Reapit when an appointment has been created for them via Reapit Bookings.

Hi @jazzlall this will need fairly tight collaboration with the AC engineering team. We can absolutely expand the functionality. I'd probably suggest working out the product requirements from an AC perspective (where it will appear and how etc). From there we just need to support a new notification type which is fairly straightforwards
