Agency Cloud Integration - Outbound - Mobile #10983

We are working on an agency cloud integration for outbound - mobile and it gives us back these 2 attributes as shared in the screenshot. image But then I discovered that cntCode can either be a Company or a Contact. We have a requirement where we need the name of the contact which then requires us to do an api call to either Contact or Company. Can you let us know if there is any reliable way for us to find out which api call to do instead of doing both and picking up the one didn't fail?

when creating a applicant/vendor/tenancy/landlord we can relate it with either a contact or a company.

If you query on SBOX, HEO15000080 is not a contact, it is a company.

Hi @au63 - this would require an update to the core CRM itself being the thing that sets the global metadata on the window when an App is launched inside the CRM. To that end, I've raised an internal ticket ref PBI-5483 which our desktop engineering team will refine to assess the feasible of adding something like the entity type to the metadata when an app is launched.
