Hi @awogan06 Currently apps with access to 'read properties' would be able to see all properties within a database
Thanks Ash are there any plans to change this in the future or is it something we can suggest for development roadmap.
Hi @awogan06
I'll check internally & update the ticket accordingly
Hi @awogan06
This is not currently on our Roadmap however we are aware of some upcoming changes from the Core CRM product team - relating to specific data access.
Please note that the specification and development for this is still in discussion so we cannot confirm the details at this stage. We will move this into our long term backlog (which is regularly reviewed) and revisit when possible.
As this issue relates to AgencyCloud, we are unable to process this through the Platform in accordance with our Developer Processes. Issues relating to AgencyCloud should not be submitted via the Foundations GitHub repo but should be raised via the Reapit Service Desk by a Reapit Customer. Please ask a Reapit Customer to raise this issue via the Reapit Service Desk. For more information on our processes, please click here
Whilst the nature of this request has been accepted, we are unable to commit to a specified sprint and therefore have assigned this issue to the ‘Long Term’ column (typically completed 9+ months). We will regularly review any issues and where development capacity is available, or work is aligned with our Roadmap, the issue will be updated. Is is possible to restrict property data provided for certain Apps based on status?
If it isn't necessary for an app provider to have access to properties at a certain status can we limit access to relevant status only eg. For Sale available?
