'Sold Subject to contract' properties are not showing on the Fine & Country Brighton & Hove microsite

Hi

'Sold Subject to contract' properties are not showing on the Fine & Country Brighton & Hove microsite. They are not coming through on the feed.

I've been told by Reapit support that this is a Foundations issue and to contact you on this platform.

Please could you fix it?

Hi @AdamFarrell101 Could you confirm which app these are not appearing for?

The SSTC property status interchangeable with 'Under Offer' (this is a CRM system config option) Via the API, these can be obtained within the Properties endpoint > sellingStatus

Thanks @AdamFarrell101 THis will need to be referred to your website provider - they will need to check the property statuses that are being filtered & ensure that SSTC/Under Offer are included to feed through

Thanks @AdamFarrell101 Could you confirm this relates to the Platform API - Do you have an appID relating to the issue?

Once an app is installed/enabled it's down to the web developer to pull the relevant data ready for your site.

As the 3rd party is stating they are not receiving "SSTC properties via the feed " - this makes me think they may be referring to a different 'feed' type or potentially a 3rd party plug-in (word press etc)
