View Licensing compliance status in Reapit Desktop

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a Reapit user, I want to see the licensing compliance status of my property, and pending actions to be compliant, without clicking into a separate app.

Describe the solution you'd like The information provided by the third party via api should be displayed directly in the letting tab of the Reapit desktop alongside the gas certificate status:

Example Scenario: Property not compliant

• Given the property needs a Selective licence but doesn’t have one attached
• When I check the property in Reapit
• Then I can see that the property is not compliant

Describe alternatives you've considered The compliance can be seen when clicking on the page after clicking app button of the third party, but it involves too many steps.
