Hi @roscoe2001 some of what you need is already available as follows:
arrears.paymentPlan
and legalStatusId
respectivelyGET /journalEntries?associatedType=tenancy&associatedId={tenancyId1}&associatedId={tenancyId2}&typeId=AL
typeId of AL is an arrears letter
I've updated the spec on the ticket to look at adding the other fields (follow up date and arrears status) which we'll refine later today
This issue has been updated and moved to our ‘Near Term’ column (typically completed within 0 - 4 months). We have assessed the effort required and outlined a technical specification - please take the time to review this detail.
