Please take a look at our FAQ's before submitting an issue, as your question may already be covered in the documentation https://foundations-documentation.reapit.cloud/faqs

Summary

Detail and or supporting links and screenshots Hello Support,

I hope you are well.

I am looking into an issue with missing valuations from the Q Estates system. None of the data in the list provided exist in our data warehouse. The data also don't exist in the appointments endpoint.

Can you please explain where these exist?

Thanks,

Hi @BYMIntegrations From reviewing the files against the clients database, i can't see anything obvious

In the above you have referred to Valuations showing in your Data warehouse - can you clarify the issue and detail what call is being made to pull the clients Market Appraisals?

BYMIntegrations commented 1 month ago

Hello Ash,

This is the call I am making to get the market appraisals.

https://platform.reapit.cloud/appointments/?typeID=VL&typeID=ML&typeID=MS

Using this I am unable to get the market appraisals in the list I provided. The client suggested we might be pulling market appraisals from the wrong place.

I suspect he is entering them incorrectly but until I need to know where they are so I can confirm this. My issue is that the valuations should be in the database but aren't

Thanks,

Toby

Thanks @BYMIntegrations Do you have any examples of the MA's reported as not showing & i'll do some further investigations

Hey Ash,

All the MAs in the list I provided at the start of the ticket should be showing in our data warehouse but aren't.

Thanks,

Toby

Thanks @BYMIntegrations When you say the appointments on the spreadsheet aren't showing in your 'data warehouse' can you provide more details around this please? The selection I have checked are in the CRM & retrievable on the API - however Data warehouse and it's analytics schema is a product for our clients not something i've heard 3rd parties refer to

BYMIntegrations commented 1 month ago

Hello Ash,

Our data warehouse calls the Reapit API to get the data needed for us to provide our marketing to our customers. The data warehouse makes a call to get all the data changed since the last time it called the API for data. We can do a manual job to call the API and get all data from a certain date.

These valuations should exist in there but don't. I have called the Reapit API and can't find them in there either. This is what makes me believe these valuations are in a different place to the call we are making.

If I place the ID after the / which is how we get the other specific records, then nothing is returned.

Thanks,

Toby

Thanks @BYMIntegrations The details on the spreadsheet provided appear to relate to properties & not appointments themselves.

Do you have any examples of appointments expected against these records?

LegendarySpork9 commented 4 weeks ago

Hello Ash,

That would explain why I couldn't find them in the appointments endpoint.

The list provided is the only information I was given, I'll go back and see if I can get some specific examples.

Thanks,

Toby
