Discuss update to support advertising data stored in extra

Background context In reference to ticket #11115 we currently lack support for advertising data stored in extras. This may be a deprecated storage location but we should still support the retrieval of it.

Specification

• Discuss if these types of advertisements are to be supported

• The advertisements shown in the screen shot on previous screen are stored in the extra table

• These are stored with a type of AD with a reference to the property in question

• Discussions from refinement, we don't currently support displaying advertisement information, only advertisements with invoices associated to them, this would require a new endpoint to support /advertisements
