InventoryBase Integration not working #11190

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Duncan Fleming at CJ Hole Southville has tried to set up the InventoryBase Integration

They have enquired about the integration with Inventory base and they have activated the settings they need their end, but still only shows the attached.

Describe the solution you'd like Guidance on what to advise for the user and/or a solution

Describe alternatives you've considered They have spoken to InventoryBase who have configured things on their side
