RPS user gets no properties when connecting to our app other users in same branch fine

We have an issue with a specific user when they connect to our app we dont get the property info from the property record on REAPIT nor does the user have access to select any properties on REAPIT so they are unable to use our app.

Other users in the same branch can use it fine so points to a setup issue on REAPIT but we dont control what property details is sent to us nor presented to the user if im not mistaken please advise ?

This is the screen shot they have sent us when they have opened our app but our app doesnt get the property info nor can they select any from their access it shows they have access to no properties on REAPIT ?

this user is in same branch with same permissions and it works fine ? JennyKenwood@jdmlettings.com so we cant see anything wrong with our app nor do we have any other users across all users who are using it fine from all clients so please can you assist ?

Could you confirm that the initial user mentioned (asiyaho'flynn@jdmlettings.com) is the only user impacted by this?

this the the only user we are aware of with this issue yes @AshDeeming everyone else is fine.
